At the moment Mr. Tsasanyane will effectively manage all the functions of the business, from planning, leading, organizing and controlling, however at a later stage other positions will be filled.

The company has procured the services of a construction manager who has extensive experience working for large construction companies on big projects. Mr Tsasanyane brings a huge amount of skill and expertise into the company and greatly increase growth prospects of the company.

9. SHEQ(Safety, Health & Environment Quality) Policy Statement

Ntjingila Tsasa Trading and Projects commit itself to comply with the provisions of the OHSA, Act 85 of 1993 and related Regulations. We recognize the rights of employees are to have a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with Section 24 of the Constitution Act 108 of 1996, as a result we strive to achieve a zero accident rate and an incident free environment.

To achieve the above, all legal, health, safety and environmental procedures are established, maintained, monitored and we continue to develop relevant work practices to enhance progressive implementation of our SHEQ  programmes.

The programmes will be set within the guidelines of OHSA 18001:1999 and this will include induction training to all employees.

This Safety, Health and Environment Policy statement is proclaimed in terms of Section 7 of the OHSA, Act 85 of 1993.
